Do you love Blenheim Beach? This fantastic two-storey property is in a great location within walking distance of one of the best family beaches and walks in the area.

Featuring 4 bedrooms, two living areas, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A light filled living and dining area adjoins the front deck overlooking the view of the aqua waters of Jervis Bay and the large back deck is great for entertaining. This area has two sets of outdoor furniture and expands out to the leafy private backyard. Perfect for family BBQ’s and gatherings.

A well stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Fridge, upright oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Flat screen tv, air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, indoor dining setting for 6, comfy l-shaped lounge and fireplace.

Undercover entertaining with Gas BBQ and 2 outdoor dining settings for 6.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Single carport & remote garage is for guest use plus plenty of on street parking.
Laundry facilities available with washer & dryer.

This property is suitable for pets, however they are not allowed inside or on the furniture. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

    Perfectly located close to beautiful beaches, local shopping and huskisson for diving, this property is spacious, clean and welcoming. Beautiful deck with views to point perpendicular and more outdoor area downstairs overlooking a gorgeous garden. Will definitely stay again.

    Prime location to experience the many attractions of the area. Minutes walk to beautiful Blenheim beach and white sands walk. Property was sparkling clean. Tranquil garden attracted beautiful bird life. Front and back outdoor areas are perfect for entertaining or just watching the sunrise.
