Renovated, cosy and peaceful. This beautiful home situated moments to the water’s edge of St. Georges Basin will have you feeling relaxed in no time.

Featuring three generous bedrooms, single storey open plan living with filtered views of the Basin, sunny deck capturing spectacular sunsets and big yard which is perfect for the little ones and pets. The home has large side access which is ideal for anyone wanting to bring their boat or toys and take advantage of the boat ramp, a mere 300 meters from the home.

Basin Escape is great for couples, families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing escape. There is plenty of off street parking and the fully fenced property is great for anyone wishing to bring their four legged family members.

A well equipped open kitchen overlooks the combined dining/living area and has a dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave.

Shower, bath, vanity, toilet.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

This property is suitable for pets, however they are not allowed inside or on the outdoor furniture. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

Garage is NOT for guest use. However there is plenty of off Street parking at the property.
Internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board and clothesline.

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.

    First time in Erowal Bay, although we've stayed in Jervis Bay a handful of times. We found the location very central being a short 5min drive to Hyams Beach or Vincentia. The house is neat, comfortable and very clean. We were two families with two kids total, which was a nice number (I wouldn't recommend more people than the allocated bedding). The little TV / library nook was a good escape for the odd person or two not wanting to be in the central living area with the rest of the group. The master bedroom was very spacious with a walk-in robe for storing luggage and hanging clothes. Ample couches in the lounge and large 8 person square dining table for everyone to sit on, which was great. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, serving dishes etc, which meant we cooked at home and ate in a lot, spending quality time together. Plenty of yard space for our small dog to run around in with secure fencing, it was lovely being able to bring the whole family along! Overall this was a good value for money place, comfortable and well stocked for our stay, we enjoyed our time here. Erowal Bay is a lovely tucked away suburb.

    We planned a weekend away for 6 people. This accommodation house us very well. The overall condition of the home was clean and modern. The home was close by to beaches and neighbouring towns. We spend our time exploring local beaches and went on a whale watching cruise. The local food are delish. Would recommend this home as a holiday home for other people as the costs are relatively decent.
