This beautiful two storey holiday home is perfectly located in Vincentia within walking distance to 3 beaches including Orion, Barfleur and Nelsons Beach, as well as Vincentia Sailing Club, White Sands Cycle Path, the playground and BBQ area.

Featuring an open floor plan with well stocked kitchen, living room with sliding doors to the balcony, views of Jervis Bay, kitchenette downstairs, comfortable bedrooms and family rumpus room as well as a separate sunroom/study area.

Our Beach House is fantastic for family holidays, weekends away with your friends or a romantic getaway to the white sand beaches of Jervis Bay. The whole family will enjoy the fully fenced backyard, easy access to the beach and an afternoon BBQ on the balcony.

LINEN
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive; Please bring your own Beach towels.

PETS:
This property is NOT suitable for pets.

Internal laundry for guests to use with washer, dryer and shower.
Carport and plenty of off street parking available.

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

    Lovely home. We didn't need to use the air con as we had mild summer weather but great to have it if needed. Loved the balcony with water glimpses. The best thing was the location. Easy access to bike path for our kids and Plantation Point Park and also Orion beach. Clean and comfortable.
