Vincentia Retreat is a spacious, modern and relaxing holiday home in a fantastic position. This tastefully decorated unit is fantastic for couples, families and groups of friends looking for a beach escape with a touch of comfort and luxury.

This beautiful downstairs unit features a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining room, two bedrooms and a sunny verandah with water views of beautiful Jervis Bay.

Take a short stroll to the turquoise waters and white sands of Jervis Bay or walk across the street to the Vincentia Shopping Centre which has local cafes, stores and Coles supermarket.

There is plenty of on-site parking. Bring your bikes and beach toys and enjoy everything this property and its fantastic location provide.

Front verandah with outdoor setting, and Gas BBQ. Fully fenced backyard.

LINEN
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

PETS
This property IS NOT suitable for pets.

2 x onsite parking spaces available plus off street parking.
Internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack plus clothesline.

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

    The rental experience was very good. The apartment was on the ground floor, was clean and very well presented. We had a problem with the BBQ but the agent fixed it within a few hours.
