The main floor features an open plan kitchen, living & dining area with sliding doors to the balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon BBQ. The ground floor has two spacious bedrooms with built in robes, a new bathroom and a laundry room.

Dragonfly is perfect for those looking for a family getaway, romantic holiday or quick city escape. Enjoy easy access to the local white sand beaches as well as the cycle and walking paths, Cafes and Vincentia shopping village.

LINEN
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Unfortunately this property IS NOT suitable for pets.

OTHER
Garage IS NOT for guest use, however there is a parking space in front of the garage plus street parking.

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

    We generally had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately, we were a bit dissapointed with the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. The property needed a good pest control service. We were also under the impression that it was a 'no pets' property but it looked like pets had been in the house before us. There was a lot of pet hair (especially on the rugs) and we found a bit of pet food on the entertainment unit. The dining table also needed a very thorough cleaning. These were the biggest downfalls for us.

    Overall very dissatisfied with this accomodation.
    General cleanliness was not very good, no vacuum or broom (had an external straw broom). Extraction in bathroom was not sufficient and the steam from shower would trip fire alarm unless the window to the bathroom was open (which was on ground level). Drainage in bathroom is poor and had to mop after every shower.

    The management was very helpful in trying to resolve the issues, but some cold not be fixed.
