204 On The Beach is a brand new, luxury holiday home directly across the street from Huskisson Beach. This beautifully designed unit will tick all the boxes and provide a fantastic home away from home for your holiday.

Featuring three bedrooms, open plan living and dining, kitchen and a covered balcony with alfresco dining and splendid views of Jervis Bay. The unit is equipped with a lift and air-conditioning - just some of the extras that will make your holiday comfortable.

With one of Jervis Bay's most popular beaches right at your doorstep, this home is truly a beach holiday dream come true. Enjoy a cuppa watching an early morning sunrise over Point Perpendicular, or entertain family and friends on the balcony in the afternoon.

204 On The Beach is located in the heart of Huskisson and only a short walk to local cafes, restaurants and shops. There are 2 designated parking spots in a remote entry shared garage as well as street parking.

A well equipped open kitchen overlooks the combined dining/living area and has a fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine.

Flat screen TV, a comfortable lounge, 2 arm chairs, dining table table seats 4 + 2 breakfast bar chairs and ducted air-conditioning.

OUTSIDE
Outdoor entertaining area has an outdoor setting for 6, 2 cane chairs and a gas BBQ.

LINEN
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

PETS
This property is NOT suitable for pets.

OTHER
There is are 2 designated parking spots in a remote entry shared garage as well as street parking. Strictly NO smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
Internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

    Beautiful and modern apartment in a great location, directly opposite the beach and a 5 min walk into town. The apartment was very well equipped and child friendly. Beds were comfy and linen and towels supplied were high quality. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others.

    Our accomodation was beautiful from the moment we arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped for our 10 night stay and had a very functional layout for a family. The location is so convenient with walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The view from the large balcony was simply stunning and much enjoyed each day. We loved our holiday here, and would highly recommend staying at 204 On The Beach if you’re planning a trip to Huskisson.
