Beachfront Luxury is a brand new, luxury holiday home directly across the street from Huskisson Beach. This elegant unit located on the top floor boasts sweeping views of Jervis Bay and Point Perpendicular.

Featuring three bedrooms, spacious open plan living and dining, modern kitchen and a covered terrace with alfresco dining and splendid views of Jervis Bay. The unit is equipped with a lift and air-conditioning - making it a top of the market luxury holiday home with all the comforts of home.

Huskisson Beach, one of Jervis Bay’s famous white sand beaches, is only a few steps away. Enjoy your morning cuppa while watching the sunrise, or go on a bike ride or easy walk on the White Sands Walking track located in front of the unit which takes you to the lively main street of Huskisson.

Beachfront Luxury is a perfect place for couples, families or anyone looking to get away on a beach holiday. There are two designated car spots in the building's secure car park.

Smart TV with access to Netflix, two lounges, dining table that seats 6 and air-conditioning.

OUTSIDE
Outdoor entertaining area has 4 armchairs, 8 seater tables, and gas BBQ.

LINEN
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

PETS
This property is NOT suitable for pets.

OTHER
There are two designated car spots in the building's secure car park and plenty of on street parking.
Internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
This property is strictly no smoking on premises.

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

    Overall it is an exceptional holiday accomodation . Position was great ,HUSKY Triatholin was great to watch .Hot water in whole building needs attention we were out of hot water most of Saturday not good when there were 18 of us .when we pay top dollar for accomodation.apart from that it was a lovely weekend and I would have no hesitation recommending 7 Beach St to anyone .Regards Leo Plant

    Location, location, location!! Absolutely loved our stay in this luxury apartment! Located just across from the beautiful beach and waters of Jervis Bsy at Huskisson. The apartment had all of the creature comforts to make our stay complete. We’ll definitely be back - loved this place so much!
