With two generous bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living and close proximity to Collingwood Beach, this townhouse has everything required to make your holiday memorable.

Enjoy leisurely strolls along nature trails around Jervis Bay, grab a coffee or brunch at one of the many cafes in Vincentia or relax on one of the many beaches in the area.

There is much to see and do in the beautiful Jervis Bay area: swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

A well-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Microwave, electric stove/oven, fridge.

Open plan living with timber floors, flat screen TV & DVD, reverse cycle air-conditioning and indoor setting for 4.

Gas BBQ and outdoor setting for 2 on the balcony.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

This property is NOT suitable for pets.

Car space available for guest use along with on street parking.
Garage is not for guests' use.
Laundry facilities available in the combined second bathroom.

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

    We rented this townhouse at the last minute due to Covi-19 border restrictions in Canberra preventing our usual family Christmas get-together. It was perfect for our 4 night stay - close to the beach and shops, and supplied with everything we needed. The only negative aspect was the room downstairs which had a queen size bed instead of 2 singles which did not suit our 2 adult sons. However overall we were v satisfied with the place and would happily stay there again.
