A cherished holiday home, Betty is in a fantastic location that is a short stroll from Orion's Beach and the shops and cafes of Vincentia.

With living areas, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, you can enjoy filtered views of Jervis Bay from the front balcony or enjoy a private, leafy rear deck for evening drinks and outdoor dining. Downstairs consists of two bedrooms (one with a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom). The laundry and undercover entry are on this level also.

Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, this holiday home is sure to tick all the right boxes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary crockery, cutlery, utensils etc. Among the appliances are an electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.

The open plan living room with modern furnishings and flat screen TV, portable bluetooth audio and a dining set that seats 8.

OUTSIDE
A private leafy outdoor area with a dining set that seats 8 and gas BBQ.

LINEN
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

PETS
This property is NOT suitable for pets.

OTHER
Available to guests is an equipped laundry room with washing machine and dryer, Additional kitchenette in the downstairs bathroom, External hot shower to wash the sand off from the beach and three tiered backyard with hammock.
The garage is NOT for guest use however there is off street parking available plus plenty of street parking.

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $750 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

    We had a lovely weekend. Betty is in a good location close to the beach has plenty of room for a family of 8. The down side to the property. There is a really bad smell down stairs like a wet musty smell.We left the door open but nothing takes the smell away and its not pleasant at all. The toilet was not clean even though it had a tag saying it was. The table upstairs is a little small and I am still trying to figure out as to why we needed a massage table in the dining area. The table out the back was full of spider webs and spiders so we did not even use would have taken a while to clear it all away and spray for the spiders, that should have been taken care of before we went in. One of the beds had a great chunk of black hair under the folded doona. There was blood on bed frame. Betty needs a little TLC. The kitchen has everything you could need and more. There are lots of games, video, dvd. As I said we still had a great time.

    Had a nice stay at the property but there were some issues. House wasn’t very clean. One of the showers was full of mould, outdoor furniture was covered in cob webs and exhaust fans in the bathrooms were full of dust. The BBQ ignition switch was missing so was unable to use the BBQ, and the Freezer door was also missing.
    House is in good location.
    I feel wifi would be advantageous as the property doesn’t have it, and there is poor mobile reception with both optus and Telstra.

    Fantastic property - well appointed and very comfortable. Comms with the management company were a bit iffy; no comms on weekend - no notice of access until day of rental
