Island Holiday is conveniently located within walking distance to the water's edge of St. Georges Basin, IGA, newsagency, cafes and more. The large driveway and off-street parking is great for water enthusiasts who want to take the boat on their holiday.

Garage is NOT for guest use. However, there is car space in front of the home which is large enough for a boat and car.

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
