This beautiful home in the heart of Vincentia is very spacious and located only a short walk to Boat Ramp and the Vincentia Shopping Village. Enjoy being only a couple of minutes from everything you could need on a holiday, while also having a large, tidy family home with views of Jervis Bay from the balcony.

Bay Beauty @ 203 Elizabeth Drive, Vincentia is comfortably furnished, making you feel right at home. Enjoy your morning cuppa on the covered front balcony which features bay views, three bedrooms upstairs with built-in robes, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a large pool table and big backyard. Take an easy walk to one of the best beaches in Jervis Bay, local parks and white sands cycle track.

A well-stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Fridge, oven and cooktop, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and sandwich press.

Flat screen TV & DVD, second TV downstairs with the pool table, indoor dining setting for 6.

Gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

This property is NOT suitable for pets.

Garage is NOT for guest use. However there is plenty of off street parking.

A bond of $750 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
