Located a stone's throw to the white sand beaches of Jervis Bay, Bella on Jervis @ 8/20 Anne St, Vincentia is a stylish, contemporary, and comfortable three bedroom townhouse in the heart of Vincentia.

Downstairs through the large single car garage is a bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a laundry room downstairs with access to the fully enclosed backyard. The open floor plan upstairs features two good sized bedrooms with built in robes, an entertainers kitchen, dining area, sofa and sliding doors to the balcony. Enjoy views of Jervis Bay while having your morning cuppa.

Bella on Jervis is perfect for those looking for a family weekend away, romantic holiday or quick city escape. Enjoy easy access to the local white sand beaches as well as the cycle path. Shops, cafes and the Coles shopping centre are only a short drive away.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

This property is NOT suitable for pets.

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.

    Would recommend the property but there were a few issues,
    1. barbque and highchair cover needed a clean
    2. Downstairs bedroom was not just through the garage but was originally part of the garage, felt like you were sleeping in the garage, had some concern about fire safety.down stairs doors had privacy locks with signs saying do not lock. Only access to garage light was from the foyer.
    3. Upstairs well maintained though bedroom with 4 bunks was very cramped.
