Summer Breeze @ 45 Illfracombe Avenue, Vincentia is located right across from the beach and is the perfect family holiday getaway. This original plantation beach style house has amazing views of Jervis Bay & overlooks Collingwood Beach. Set over two storeys this home features spacious living areas, an open plan kitchen and has many areas and outdoor settings to host your family BBQ and chill out.

This place has everything you need to beach it! Featuring an internal laundry, clothesline, outdoor shower and spot for your kayaks, small boat and bikes. Coles shopping centre is only a short drive away and the White Sands Walk pathway is at your doorstep ready for venturing out.

LINEN
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

This property IS NOT suitable for pets.

OTHER
Garage is NOT for guest use. However, there is off street parking available plus street parking.
Fireplace is NOT to be used by guests.

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners).

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

    Beautiful views particularly from the bedrooms. Stunning location. Spacious house. Kitchen could have been better equipped and the stove extractor fan was missing a cover. The fan had to be operated from the control switches at the back. The switches at the front were missing so there was no light. Some of the kitchen shelves were quite grimy. The hair drier was broken. Given the expense, this was very disappointing. The house has so many positives, hence the review title.
