Moona Creek MAGIC is the perfect family holiday escape. Nestled between the tranquil waters of Moona Creek Lagoon and the dazzling white sands of Collingwood Beach; this beautiful home will doubtlessly provide a true holiday to remember. It's not all about the location though... the home is large and comfortable with great facilities and a huge entertaining deck for whiling away the long summer evenings.

Bring Beach Towels... you'll be spoilt for choice whether it's the tranquil family friendly waters of Moona Creek or the pristine white sands of Collingwood. Bring bodyboards and inflatables... and while away the afternoons drifting down Moona Creek. Bring bikes... you're right on the bike path, be in Huskisson in 5 minutes or explore Vincentia's famous white sand beaches. Bring fishing rods... hang with the locals and drop a line off Moona Creek Bridge. Bring a book... relax on the deck and do nothing at all!

Moona Creek MAGIC is a large 4 bedroom home sleeping 7 guests. On the ground floor is a queen with an ensuite, a queen, single, shared bathroom and a separate WC. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with queen bed, lounge and views over the creek. The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining completely open out and flow through to the vast covered entertaining deck and backyard.

LIVING
An open plan living and dining area with folding doors opening out onto the deck.

OUTSIDE
A fenced and secured back yard with a vast covered entertaining deck, outdoor setting and Ziegler & Brown gas BBQ.

LINEN
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Please bring your own beach towels.

PETS
This property IS NOT suitable for pets.

OTHER
Garage is locked and not available for guests' use.

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents.
Strictly no Batchelor/Hen parties or Schoolies will be tolerated.
Guests that don't respect the property or neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

    Great location - close to beach and creek and short drive/ long walk to huskisson and vincentia. We had to unblock the shower because it was full of hair. No air-conditioning in summer will be a future deal breaker, very little airflow though the house. Also, wi-fi would make this more attractive.
