Portside @ The Arc is an exquisitely designed and decorated 2 bedroom townhouse just a stones throw from Orion Beach in Vincentia.

This beautiful home benefits from 3 different outdoor areas; a small shady ground floor deck, an expansive balcony with ocean views and outdoor dining and a peaceful rear courtyard with seating and a large sunshade.

Enter at the ground floor level and you will find a king bedroom and a twin with 2 king singles, these share the large family bathroom with shower over the large bath, and separate WC.

The deceptively large open plan kitchen/dining/living area has high vaulted ceilings and is filled with natural light, enjoying views out over Jervis Bay.

This stunning holiday home has a tropical surf vibe that will have you feeling relaxed from the moment your bags hit the ground!

Flat screen TV, lounge comfortably seating 4 and indoor dining setting for 4.

OUTSIDE
Main balcony with dining for 4, gas BBQ and bay views. Shaded lounge on ground floor front deck. Rear terrace with outdoor set for 4 and large sun shade.

LINEN
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

PETS
Unfortunately this property IS NOT suitable for pets.

OTHER
Spa jets in the bath are non-operational.
Due to confined turning area boats and trailers are not permitted to be parked at the property.

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

    The holiday rental was beautiful. Lovely decor, super comfy beds, allocated parking spot, very clean and fully furnished with everything we needed including coffee machine, BBQ, all cleaning products and even Tupperware to take our picnics to the beach. Great location too with a short walk to the Vincentia shopping village and Coles supermarket or just a 5 min drive to the other shopping centre with Woolworths and Aldi up the road. Orion’s Beach is minutes away as well as other surrounding beaches in a short walk or drive away. We would highly recommend and love to stay here again.
