Situated just outside the peaceful village of Tomerong, Lilyfield provides the perfect blend of rural retreat and beach holiday. Wake to the sounds of the local birds and sip coffee as the kangaroos pass through in the morning, dipping your toes in the glistening water of your own private pool. Then pack a picnic or load up the boat and head out to enjoy the famous white sand and turquoise waters of Jervis Bay. 

Lilyfield is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen lacks for nothing and is a chef's delight. The open plan lounge/dining is expansive with room for everyone and even has foxtel, DVD player with movies and a combustion fireplace for long cosy winter evenings in.

A well equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare holiday feasts. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, freestanding oven with cooktop, toaster, kettle, microwave and Nescafe Dulce Gusto pod coffee machine.

Large family lounge with ducted air conditioning, large flat screen TV with Foxtel and a combustion fire. Dining for up to 8.

A rural property with plenty of room to roam. An outdoor setting for 6 guests with Gas BBQ. Swimming pool with loungers (bring your own pool towels) and acreage to explore including a dam at the bottom of the property.

Linen is included all year round.  This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.  Please bring your own beach towels.

This property is NOT suitable for pets.

The swimming pool is not heated. An insulated cover is used at all times when not in use to maintain its warmth in the shoulder season, however temperatures will vary, and no liability we be accepted for the temperature of the swimming pool.
There is a dam located approximately 50 metres from the house (see photos), children must not be left unsupervised at this property.
This is a rural property and as such snakes and spiders may be present, it is recommended that guests keep to the main paths and not wander through long grass.

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. 
Strictly no Batchelor/Hen parties or Schoolies will be tolerated.
Guests that don't respect the property or neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods incur a surcharge.
