This eclectic Huskisson cottage is located a short walk to local beaches, cafes and shops. Enjoy being only a couple minutes from everything you could need on a holiday, while also having a private tropical oasis in the backyard. 

Te Kokoru  is comfortably furnished, making you feel right at home. Enjoy your morning cuppa on the covered front veranda, or alfresco dining in the outdoor living room. Cosy up in the winter to the slow combustion fire, or take a dip in the fully fenced pool in the backyard during those hot summer days and nights. 

Your whole family including your pets will love this private Balinese style oasis.

A well-stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or a full meal. Fridge, upright oven with gas cooktop, kettle, microwave and dishwasher.

LIVING
Comfortable lounge with flat screen smart TV (BYO streaming accounts), gas heater, indoor dining setting for 6. There is a further outdoor lounge with flat screen TV, gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting for 6 and slow combustion fire (bring your own wood).

OUTDOORS
The indoor outdoor lounge can be closed to retain heat in winter or completely opened up in summer, giving the home a wonderful open feel leading out to the glistening pool!

LINEN
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

PETS
This property is suitable for pets, but not inside the main house (in the indoor/outdoor lounge is fine). The yard is fully secure. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

OTHER
Garage is NOT for guest use
The pool is fully fenced but there are 2 small ponds in the yard so children should not be left unsupervised
The king bedroom is in a detached garage studio, the nearest toilet is located in the outdoor lounge but it has access to the laundry with basin.

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents.
Strictly no Batchelor/Hen parties or Schoolies will be tolerated.
Guests that don't respect the property or neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

    The location is excellent. The pool and outdoor living area are comfortable. All other aspects of the property are sub- standard. The furniture is old worn and dirty. Too many aspects of the property require maintenance. For a property rental in excess of $700 per night it was exceptionally poor value.
